I’m Chris, and among many labels such as father, veteran, entrepreneur, writer, home cook, and community builder, I am a leadership guide.
More specifically, I guide young professionals and mid-career leaders, as well as their teams, who seek to find and follow a more authentic path forward in influencing their organizational ecosystems through collaboratively defining and achieving success.
In guiding you, my role is not to tell you exactly what to do to optimize your teams or improve your processes - I trust you can identify those sorts of things on your own - but rather to help you ask the right questions about your ecosystem.
